Overall it's a great series with a compelling story, a rainbow of characters, and the DVD's are a worthy buy as it has a collection of extras that include the Ryvius Illusion chibi shorts as well as Audio Drama's. The story was well planned out in it's 26 episode run. Although the character animation lacks in certain areas and could've used a better animation director. Other than that, I was pretty pleased with this series and never left a dull moment for me . Favorite characters of mine of the series are Aoi , Yuli, Yuki, and Blue.

Yuizaki's Infinite Ryvius Tv Review

The part that I want to emphasize in this anime is that it is very realistic and character development is absolutely amazing. It is not the scientific side that is realistic. (I assume from the appearance of non-existent scientific terms that the producer didn't even intend to make it realistic) You see the people psychologically breaking down, which the phenomenon, according to NASA, would happen if there is not enough number of people whom you don't recognize are in a closed space. The estimated required number of people in a community for it to sustain for a year is 1000 people, which is not reached in Ryvius's case. What must be noted is the slow development of the story that actually contributes to the character development.

Tareren's Infinite Ryvius Tv Review

In this anime, I like how each characters had developed in terms of their personality, especially in the main characters
such as Kouji and Youki. Other characters had also developed quite well as the story unfold bit by bit. The relationship
between characters had also been developed well like Kouji and Youki though some changes are too abrupt, like what had
happened to Aoi and Kouji's relationship all of a sudden, and also the change in Kozue and Aoi's realtionship
is a bit unnatural.
Humor is rarely found in the anime as I think it is meant for a more serious anime with a lot of thinking done by the
characters. The thinkings done in this anime plays a big part in the plot.
