With tjis I can see you really liked the show, as for me...I dunno' I first saw trailers for the first and last and became so excited and full of expectations but in the end I found it repetitive and disappointing. Tough the music does make a good point, but still this is more like a het (at least the first one) with a little plot =_=

Devil Hunter Yohko is about a 16 year old girl who has to hunt for devils and other monsters named Yohko. She really doesn't want to but her grandma keeps testing to see if she should be the 108th Devil Hunter. Yohko's mom keeps pressuring her to have sex so she cannot become the 108th Devil Hunter. This anime ended at 6 episodes. Also known as Mamono Hunter Yohko in Japan. The episodes include Devil Hunter Yohko, Devil Hunter Yohko 2, Devil Huner Yohko 3, 4-Ever, Hell on Earth, and Double Trouble, Double Jeapordy. You would like this is you enjoy Aya Hisakawa,Yamaguchi Kappei, and,Amanda Winn Lee. Amanda is the English Yohko she has also had roles in Evangelion as Rei Ayanami, Hack//Sign as Mimiru, and in Blue Seed as Momiji Fugimiya and Kaede Kunikida. I'll give this a rating of 9/10. I'd reccomend this for the great music, the storyline that is full of twists and turns, and the the way the characters act. There is a little bit of Hentai. Recommended ages 18+ Don't come crying to me if you get in trouble!

The art is pretty good quality I enjoyed watching it. I still don't like the hentai in it. This anime looks like it's from the 90's it's pretty cool. The characters looked really detailed at some points and then they looked different. I really didn't like the hentai art in Devil Hunter Yohko but that's about it. It's not really like the newest anime's (like Fruits Basket) so it's intresting to look at it. I like to have seen more of the creators work to see how similar it's animes are like! I hope you will enjoy this as much as I did!

The speech is excellent. My DVD is new so I guess that's why! I thought it was interesting to be able to change the speech to Japanese and back to English. I thought that the music in the backgroud was kind of weird at some points. The sounds were as good as any anime's becuase they try to make it as real as possible. As for the music I just can't get out of my head! I loved the Devil Hunter Yohko 4 Ever episode. I can't wait to get the OST for this! I would recommend turning the sound a little on the high side since they talk quietly at some points but other times they are VERY loud.

I think this quite humorous I enjoyed watching the grandma wake Yohko up everytime with something funny! DHY is
enjoyable most of the time. The only part I really didnt enjoy was the hentai related scenes and thoughts. This is a
classic so I'd recommend this to anyone able to stand a bit of Hentai here and there. As I have said before, Devil
Hunter Yohko is a Japanese Anime about a 16 year old girl who has to hunt devils and demons, and her name is Yohko. She
is the 108th generation hunter. The only problem is she doesn't want to be! She would rather chase boys and go to
school. That is a prtty good plot. I enjoyed the fighting but sometimes it got a little too graphic. I didn't like
how the anime ended at 6 episodes but that's alright! I'm gonna think on the bright side today. Maybe they
will make a sequel! Did you know that this was based on a hentai? I'm not sure if it's true or not, but I
think I could believe it! I can't remember the name but I would like to see it so I could compare and contrast
them.

sort of a weak review, but the idea is present after all. I have to admit the comedy was a nonstop on this one, along with an over load of ecchi, but it was cute in it's own fashion.
