Story & Characters

She, the Ultimate Weapon.... this is a story about lovers, Shuji and Chise, Chise is a clumsy, cute girl, she is Shuji's girlfriend. when she was walking home one night, she was kidnapped and made into a weapon by some scientists working for the military... after some time, when Shuji and his friends were in the plaza or mall, there was a sudden bombing, they hid under the building... when they got there, an explosion occured, when he looked to see... he saw Chise, his girlfriend, with some type of metal in her arm... he was shocked to see her full of injuries... she had become a military weapon... for the weapon to not mutate, she needs expensive medicine the military provides... even if Chise is facing this difficult situation, Shuji still loves her, he took her to a far place where nobody knows of their situation... he worked to be able to provide a house and be able to live together with Chise... but when the medicine Chise has was no more, Chise decided to go back to the military and become a weapon again... but being a weapon, she must kill... the only thing she can do for Shuji was to do everything for him to survive the ongoing war...

the drawing is not that great but its fine... how the animators drew Chise was splendid! Chise is cute, and you can definitely say she is feminine... kind of clumsy... Shuji's eyes were small and he wasn't drawn that good but he does look like a guy! the least the animators could do is to make the person look like his gender so its okay! the weapon form of Chise is greatly done because Chise's arm really looked like a weapon and it looks like a strong type of metal... the buildings kind of look old... as if they were build since 80's or even 70's i think... and the military uniforms look real... you can say they were really based from the original military uniforms...

Sound

the OST is great! the ending song, Sayonara is performed well! there are many versions of the songs, and the insert song, i think it's called, The Last Love Song in the World, is great! the opening song of the anime is not that good but it's great also... i cannot say about the singers but the songs and OST are a must have.... most of this OST are instrumentals and accompaniments... there are also karaoke of the songs so you'll be able to sing if you want! the meaning of the songs are great! he! he! though sad... my favorite song in this OST is the ending song... there's a part there, in english, farewell to you my beloved... i still could not forget about you... just hearing the word goodbye fills my heart with tears...
great huh! but sad!
