Plot Synopsis

Plot Synopsis: Once, a nine-tailed demon fox attacked Konoha, the Hidden Village of the Leaf. Many brave ninjas lost their lives defending their home. Finally, the demon was sealed by the Fourth Hokage into a human body. Several years later, that boy, Uzumaki Naruto, struggles to gain the acceptance and acknowledgement of the villagers, many of whom still hate him because of the demon inside him. So, Naruto strives to become the Hokage, the strongest ninja in the village, so that the villagers will acknowledge him. Along the way, he gains many new friends, and faces many life-threatening situations.

This is the story of a village of Ninjas called Konoha. It is focused on a team titled "7" consisting of Naruto(the main of main characters, a boy who has a demon fox sealed within himself), Sasuke(boy prodigy-so everyone thinks. he seeks revenge on his brother for the killing of his clan), Sakura(a girl who is very good with the books but could still use a tad of training on the field, she has a big crush on Sasuke) and their caption Kakashi(a seasoned ninja who has a mysterious past that is reviled later in the story. he is very well own and has done a lot of traveling). These are only four of the many,many characters in this story, all holding secrets and feelings of their own. The story of a ninja village among other ninja villages and the secret curruption that befalls them as the story progesses.

This anime is up very high on my list, in my top five animes. I only give ratings this good to series' that deserve it and this one definately does. The story line is very detailed and well written and the series is all around good. Another se3ries with a little bit of everything. I wouldn't reviel too much of plot, you'll just hafta watch ^_^

Art

The art is excellent, I haven't picked up any big flaws. Each character is unique is their own way. Even in the extensive fight scenes, details are kept and every line was add with care. For an anime that is always fast moving, they were very careful to keep things perfect. All the way down to little details on the jacket or the perfect faded color in the mist, they are never forgot. It is rare for me to give a ten in the art column or even at all unless it is truely deserved and this is one of those cases.

Sound

This soundtrack is better then most and definately up at the top of my list. It is one of those soundtracks that I could just constantly listen to, it doesn't hafta be with the show. It's very excellent and I've heard each song so much that I'm either humming or singing if there are lyrics.

The japanese voices find each character very well. None of them are terrible annoying. That's always a plus. The english ones? I haven't heard them yet. When I wrote thise, the seires wasn't on toonami yet. I'll keep you updated. ^^

Presentation

This story has an uncanny ability to drag you in. The plot line is very originaland never becomes tired out because it is always changing, but never losing the main plot. As all great anime, it houses all the major Genres:humor, ACTION(^_^), a tad of romance, etc. It has moments that make you cry, scream(the good scream ^_~), sing, grin. While this series doesn't house a deeper meaning, well, not an extensive one, I enjoy it very much.

It's one of the series' that drag you in. Watching it never gets old. Though, I suggest the japanese vision over the new english one, but both seem good (though I haven't seen an episode of the english one yet)

It is a series that you don't have to be totally obsessed with to like but you easily can be if you wish. It only gets better as the series contunies and it eventually makes the first few episodes seem like crap but they are all good. I highly suggest this series for a starter or the seasoned anime watcher because it doesn't have another meaning that only seasoned readers can pickup on, but it is not at all boring or repetitive for those who have read and watched many animes/mangas.
