FNatt's Ghost Hunt Tv Review

Ghost Hunt

Rated: 8

It may be because horror series (and generally horror stuff) are my favorites, or because of the simple, to the point name of it, but Ghost Hunt was one of the most enjoyable and appealing series to me.
I watched it on the dvd-player so I there was plenty of space for me to get under the blanket, close my eyes and sing some Mika with my ears plugged when I got scared. Just kidding :)) it wasn't that scary. OR...was it? O.O
I appreciated the fact that there were no "classic-sucky-style ghosts". You know, those white silhouettes that looked like my grandma with a white sheet covering her. They portrayed poltergeists, ghost-dogs, restless spirits, a possessed doll and all that stuff in a way that you could tell was fantasy, but wasn't that far from reality either.

Prirky's Ghost Hunt Tv Review

Ghost Hunt

Rated: 7

Ghost Hunt is a well-rounded anime, with solid plots for each file, a believable and likeable cast, and decent animation and sound. This is a great anime for people who enjoy detail and problem solving. But it will also appeal to those who enjoy watching their favourite characters kick ghostly butt. Because this anime isn't just all horror and gore; there is plenty of character interactions to enjoy. So the main genre of this series would probably be horror, but there is humor and romance too..

Again, the 25 episodes of this anime feels incomplete. The ending does not answer many questions raised during the series, and this is a disappointment.

Littlejonny100's Ghost Hunt Tv Review

Ghost Hunt

Rated: 7

This anime's most worthy audience would probably be a thirsty intellectual as it's thought provoking and at its foundation a detective fling. No fan-service, no meaningless exhilarations, just a juicy mystery and a conclusion. There's the inclusion of light humour so the series doesn't become overbearing. Each case is unique and if pulled over multiple episodes creates the longing for more, however a downside is that once a case ends, all questions are generally answered and although you're left with a lot to think about, the longing for more will end; that is until the next episode.

Although I rated the storyline as fairly average I think it really comes down to the presentation of the story as the redeeming figure.
