Plot Synopsis
In a fantastical world, there are humans, and then there are the mysterious "Plus Anima" beings. Although they appear human, they have the ability to partially transform into an animal and take on that animal's abilities. +Anima follows the adventures of a group of Plus Anima, including Husky (crow), Cooro (fish), Senri (bear) and Nana (bat).
Story & Characters
It is quite an interesting manga to say the least. To avoid any spoilers, I will try to refrain from mentioning any plots/storylines events that are happening in the manga.
It is a story abt some of the people that have the ability of some animals, known as Anima. It focus on how they come to terms with their own powers, what kinds of struggles they face from the normal people and other Anima, and how each of the characters fill the gaps in each other's lives.
The artwork is great with a good ensemble and mix of main characters. Each characters are well-defined and characterised distinctly with their own background stories and personal issues that each of them are facing.
It also discusses many issues regarding people's outlook on these +Anima. It somewhat reflect how people may react when encountered with a "different" kind of people. Some find them repulsive, some are curious, some are sympathetic, etc... By discussing these issues, we can feel the characters more closely as even in the real world, such things often happen.
It is highly recommended for those who enjoy a light-hearted, heart-warming
series. It is basically an adventure of these characters to find a
"home", a place tat they can return to.

Art
The characters are drawn mostly with cute outlooks, rather than realism or handsome as most of the main characters are actually children. The "kawaii" outlook also goes quite well with the light-hearted theme. Character models are mostly quite distinct and easily identifiable (no similar looking people) except for some no-so-important characters that are in background.
The cities the main characters gone to and other places that are mentioned are quite well-depicted for a manga and supports the respective plot events pretty well. An example would be the snowy mountains where one of the main character's tribe live in. The plotline that happens there goes pretty well with the surronding, enhancing the effect of the story.

Presentation
Originality-wise, it is relatively ok. It may not be the first story that deals with the problems/struggles of being different, but since the focus is in facing those problems together, especially considering the characters faced these problems and loneliness from young, it is relatively new. So it is kinda original if one look at it in that perspective.
There are many humorous situations that happened throughout their journey and often it served more than as a joke. It also gives an deeper insight on the characters themselves. In another words, the humor in the story is well-done and often well-processed to bring the characters to life.
The good thing (or bad thing, depending on how one sees it) is that one can read the manga and enjoy it, but putting it down to do other things is not difficult. By reading the manga, I feel quite relaxed and enjoyable but even if I have to do other things, I am not irritated to stop reading and do whatever I need to do. Usually, if I am excited over a manga/anime, I will be quite engrossed wif it and stop doing other things for awhile.
The reason why I can drop reading the manga anytime I want to is probably
because it can be picked up and enjoyed anytime, even after a period of hiatus
of not reading it. This maybe because of how the manga is written, in mostly
short, episodic events, where little by little, the characters are being slowly
discovered in depth.

Well, since this is manga, I do not think you should review it yet as this review is meant for anime review... Put that aside, you should put some 'teasers' on the Story part of the review, just to interest the readers of this reviews.. and the art part could go to the Art section of the review and all
Other than that, I think this review is quite good
excellent
FYI in the plot synopsis Cooro is crow and Husky is fish
