Plot Synopsis

Story by Ooba Tsugumi; art by Obata Takeshi (The mangaka of Hikaru no Go)

The human world is rotting. The gods of death are bored.

Death Note begins when the shinigami, Ryuuku, 'accidentally' drops his death note in the human world. It is discovered by 17-year-old academic genius Yagami Raito, who decides that he wishes to create a world free of evil. To what extremes will he go, only needing a name and a face to kill? Or rather...how will he be stopped?

Story & Characters

Wuuh deathnote is a manga that created by takeshi obata the same mangaka that create the famous hikaru no go . The story is very smart if u like serial killer or a story that very creative , u will like this series a lot , but if u like a story with the main character is a kind and funny hero , u won't like this series cause the main character always use every way posible to achieve his goal , okay let strat . Yagami Raito is a third grade high school student . He is a very very genius student , he is bored with his life but one day he found a book , the book have a title at the cover , it is a deathnote. First he doesn't believe the ability of this book which writen inside the book , but he try it anyway he write a name of a scum that he know on the book . Then that person die , he died because of heart attack . At the shinigami ( god of death ) world , a shinigami name ryuk said that he lost one of his deathnote at the human world , then he go to the human world again . Ryuk find out that his deathnote is at Yagami raito's hand . Yes after that ryuk followed Raito to make the world a better world by killing bad people , after that many criminlas died and raito is known by the world as kira . But one day a world most fearful detective "L" chalenge him and traped kira . So the stories go on , and the war between two genius begin ... the batle of the two really make this story attract u , believe me the intense is high you will loove it ...

Art

the art is amazing , of course it is better than hikaru no go . It has interesting characters design , u will love it . At hikaru no go we only see the characters , places ,and igos , but here u can see the amazing art of a car accident , a masterpiece of drawing a gun , and full detailed of everything that u can see in the real world . Yes , the shinigamis are looking weird , but beside of that the ilustration is supeerb . The detailed of the characters impresions were drawn perfectly . The unique character of L really shown at his character design . Hmm maybe the most attractive character are Raito and L .

The story is very unique , and cleverly writen . It is enjoyable , the first time you read the first volume , you just cann't stop reading the next issues . Believe me it is a top rated storyline that you just cann't see at other manga , anime or game series that ever been created . But it has many death scene , but for this kind of story it is acceptable .The story is very unique , and cleverly writen .
