An excellent review for an excellent game! You gave out a lot of the game's details, without spoiling any major parts of the game. It was very easy to read, and I found myself agreeing with what you said. I think this is a game that every gamer who is old enough should try at least once. Thanks for sharing your review of RE4!
Resident Evil tv Review
Story & Characters
The storyline of resident evil 4 is fairly stright foward. The main character is Leon Kennedy the former protagonist of resident evil 2 who fought alongside jill valentine. Umbrella has been destroyed as a result of the racoon city incident, so dont's expect any slow moving zombies. Leon has been recieving special training to protect the preisdent's family. Unfortunately for Leon the presidents's daughter is kidnapped before he could assume his duties. So he is forced to set out to save her. The president's daughter is Ashley Graham. Ashley isn't the typical girl in distress. She is smart and tries her best not get in Leon's way.A few people from Leon's past also make an appearance. Fans of the series won't have a problem recognizing them . The story is engageing without being complicated and confusing. The characters behave like humans would.Capcom has really outdone itself with this game, going the extra mile to deliver you truly gorgeous, beautifully choreographed cut-scenes that drive the story. You will travel through a remote European village, an ancient castle, underground caves, a lake, and a wide assortment of industrial areas. The game present new advesaries that are sure to surprise series veterans. The enmies main objective is sure to be a bit predictable to any fan of movies or games. Overall its good but not impressive.

Art
This game has a unique art style to it. The buildings have a gothic and dark feeling to them that sets the mood well. The character models are exquisitely detailed for a video game. The chracters expressions are incredible and frightening in some cases. The accessories and weapon are realistic as well and come off great. The explosion and gunshot and effective and believable unlike some other games out there. The guns sound like guns and the explosion are loud and ear-shattering. The water effects and wind effects are a real as possible. The trees look like trees and the animal behave like animals. Overall this is one of the best looking games out there.

Sound
The games soundtrack is haunting and imaginative and give the player a creepy feeling when being chased by the numerous hideous beasts in the games. the characters each have unique vocies that suit their minority. the quality of the acting, voice compression, music and sound effects is actually very well done, too. For once, the characters are believable because Capcom has hired competent actors to supply their voices. Leon in particular is very well produced. Meanwhile, the sound effects thump and boom, scream and screech, growl and yell, and all with pristine clarity in Dolby Pro Logic II surround sound. To top everything off, Resident Evil 4 feature a complementary soundtrack -- an ambient blend of subtle and pounding pieces that go well with the environments and the situation. Hats off to Capcom for taking the extra time to get it right this time.

Presentation
The game takes a new spin on the survival horror drama to a new height with tight controls and a new third person over the shoulder view that makes it easier to target your enemies. The games comes off just like a horror movie with a young girl running from numerous threats being protected by a military officer with no backup in sight. But unlike most horror games this game never makes you feel like you have no control and can't fight back. The game is extremely enjoyable and shines in its extrodinary boss fights with incredible creatures both magnificent and horendous. Leon has a plethora of weapons and special items from rocket launchers to sniper rifles.A new action system enables Leon to perform context-sensitive moves such as jumping through windows or dodging enemy attacks. The game has two difficulty modes which provide a challenge on both modes. The normal difficulty is moderately hard or easy depending on how good you are at the game. The professional mode is designed for those who are good at the normal difficulty and nedd a challenge and they most definately will find it. Even if you aren't a fan of survival horror you should pick this game up and give it a try.
