Plot Synopsis
A young girl named Kagome Higurashi who's on her way to school goes to the well in her family's property. She was about to get her cat from the area because no one was supposed to go there she found a demon in the well instead. Taking Kagome back in time to the Feudral era of Japan. Once she heads to a village the people proved that she's the reincarnation of the powerful priestess Kikyo.
The villagers also believed that she had the powerful Shikon jewel inside her body that can grant you anything you want.
Before when Kikyo was alive, she sealed a dangerous half demon Inuyasha to a tree with one of her magical arrows. Kagome loses the Shikon jewel and awakes Inuyasha to help her recover it.
When they do get it back however, Kagome shatters it when it is taken again thus sending it far and wide. The series tells us how Inuyasha and Kagome search for it and meet new people along the way.

Story & Characters
Inu-Yasha is a very great story........between the fights and the heart warming scenes I love it! Its about a part demon guy who runs into a girl who is a rencarnation of a priestess who died.........Together with their friends they make a journey to find the missing jewel shards from a jewel the girl named Kagome who is the rencarnation of the priestess had broken by accident........with demons to defeat and Kagome to look after Inuyasha has a hard journey.........since he loves Kagome and the priestess he has some faults along the way.........along with trouble from his friends who tag along and the people he meets too.......the demons he defeats make the story exciteing with a little romance with Kagome..........the journey is hard every step but Inuyasha gets through it........between all this a story forms together makeing it very interesting every time you watch it you want more..............its hard to tell wat will happen next..........thats something that makes an anime so good............I love a story with surprises..........in all its a great ani,me!

Art
The way it presents the color and background along with the unique character figures makes the art in it great............I personally enjoy the character figures...........the effects and other designs are awesome too............put this all together and ypou get one heck of a story........the graphics are wat bring it together.........every little detail is really good..........thpugh some of it could be changed.............but thats jjust my opinion.........the graphics are very interesting especially the special effects that they add.........I thinmk its great........of course thats just my opinion........

Sound
The theme music is great...........it brings music in at the right time it needs to.........I could figure some places they could have fixed it and improved it better..........but of course in the overall out come it works great..........I enjoy the music they have in it...........especially the j-pop theme song.............its so great...........its just the ring to it..........other than tht all the sound is awesome between the sound effects it is truely great..........of course some could be changed but its fine the way it is...........of couyrse this is only my opinion you might think differently.........

Presentation
The humor in it works out just fine..........the romance is heart warming...........its definately an original to me...............I enjoy watching it definately............its easy to see this is a really good anime..........I wouldn't want to change any of it..........though if I had to choose I could fix some of the graphics..........and probably a song or two.........other than that its great........I love to watch it........there is just something about its presentation that draws viewers to it........personally I think its its humor and its just free handed willingness to bring us to it............the story its self is enough to draw attention..........between the action.........and other things it great.........the presentation is just fine.........of course nothing is perfect.........thats why everything can be improved............includeimng this...........the story Inu-Yasha is a great anime..........I hope you take the chance to watch it.........its truely worth it.........of course you might think of it as different but oh well...........to me this is a really great anime............it has great presentation...........it does need some improvement but its fine right now...........its grewat to watch especially the special effects and the tipsy turnmy course of the story.

That's, um, a lot of '...'. In my opinion, I wouldn't have given this anime nearly so high a rating, but, to each his (or her) own, I suppose.
A bit of constructive criticism that may help you become a better and more effective writer: please learn how to use ellipses correctly. They are most certainly not catch-alls for punctuation, and their overuse makes your writing seem particularly puerile and unrefined, which in turn significantly reduces the effectiveness of your review.
i agree totally,also another helpful suggestion is to use a more wide variety of words ,the way u say its great is in each paragraph try to use spatacticular,or ammazing,also try to expand your sentence structure,but other than that its ok,and always remember critisizem is good for as it makes you a better writer.

If you take a look at the guidelines for reviews, 8's and higher should be reserved for things that qualify as "absolutely amazing." From the guidelines:
"Consider well what kind of rating to give. Giving a rating of '10' should be very rare and only amateur reviewers give '10' to everything. Ratings like 5, 6 and 7 should be the most common. For example: if the artwork is nice, but not special, give Art a 6."
But, opinions belong to the writer and everyone is entitled to his/her own opinion.
That number is just an average of the ratings given throughout the review. Maybe MT shouldn't use so many significant figures...

good review i would personally give it like a 9/10 becuase its such a great show not many show could beat it and plus its one of my favorite show
Wow! You gave Inuyasha a B? I would have given it an A. Well, it depends on whether you like it or not....the comedy and the action are kinda overused like the "Wind Scar!" and "Sit, boy!"
Overall: It's a great anime and it's one of my favorites.....
Inuyasha is absolute garbage... All they do is fight, then run away, then fight next episode, then run away, then fight the next episode, and so on. The characters are all whiney babies and inuyasha is a homosexual. If you enjoy this series, then please do yourself a favor and shoot yourself in the head.
