Story & Characters
Finalfantasy7 tells the story Cloud an ex soilder who use to work for shinra corp but now work as a free lancer merc who is hired by an old time buddy who is formoly know as Barret who leads the avalanache against Shinra corps diobolicol weapon mako reactors.Mako reactors or like control towers which drains the life of the planet, the reason why they are doing this is because of an old propchey by the ancients.promising that they will be a so called promiseland, for those who seek it.Cloud who is backed up by a big sword aka(BusterBlade)and Barret with his Machinegun arm seek havoc in destroying the Mako reactor reaching upon the top of the reactor Clouds hears a very familair voice in his head.That voice came from the one and only Sephiroth who was Shinra's top soilder among the ranks of Shinra's military.He was thought to have died a few years ago in a mission that was supposed to be in Niblehim(clouds,and sephiroths home town). After the dramatic voice speaking in Cloud,s head him and Barret set up a bomb and set it to 10 minutes to escape the reactor. After all of the explosions Barret and Cloud catch a train back to the Avalanches headquarters.

The presentation is nice becasue they did a good job on the backgrounds of each level. each map is highly detailed for a psone game and the cast of Characters feels like they have been token out of a great anime and placed into a game.Come on everybody knows that Sephiroth is the baddest of all of the villeans, even sin from FinalFantasy10 aint got nothing on Sephiroth. The character modelling is perfect for this game but thereare a little overshading in some characters faces. Since the ps2 has much more capabillites then the psone the graphics will overide this game but you got to give it to them Finalfantasy7 was the first ff game to hit america and it is the best better then 8,9, and x2(becuse it felt like many mini games) FINALFANTASY7 DESERVES THER NUMBER ONE SPOT.

I love the music in finalfantasy7 it was the best videogame soundtrack i had ever heard the music was always right to fit the mood in the game from the battle theme to the hot boss battle sound tracks the music was awsome.To me everything was on track it had some piano scores were perfect . If you want to get a taste of finalfantasys music or any other music from final fantasy go to www.eyesonff.com this site has every single piece of data on finalfantasy i mean everything. ff7 music can put you in the mood to due anything i even bought the sound track and me and my band (full of nutscases) been trying to make hot remixes of the song if we can do it right for instances.

FinalFantasy7 playability is off the limits it would keep gamers hooked for along time just to see what happens in the story i mean you will enjoy every last moment of it like the time Cloud uses a motorcycle to ecsape shinracorp or no spoilers but when the time a very special character dies (not saying who) this makes you want to kill Sephiroth and his cursed masamune blade.Finalfantasy has some bad things about it though like the enemy encounters. they are just to quick soon as you take a step boom your in a fight,another thing was the enemy difficluty the fighting just seemed to easy for an rpg(role,playing,game) i mean u can just keep making your party attack the fiends without little effort somethimes the put up a challenge but most of the time they dont. The cinematics are nice but they are to short to watch, its like watching a video clip but dont hate. If you got to the ending of the game with Clouds ultimaweapon and Red13,s Limitedmoon along with Tifa as the mage with ultima the final battle against sephiroth will be to easy.

some punctuation would be nice... but anyway FF7 kicks ass!
Oh and one more thing: FF7 wasn't the first FF to come to USA. FF1 was.
