Plot Synopsis

Ikari Shinji's father is the head of a company called NERV. This company uses giant Mech's that are called Eva's, to fight against an opposing threat to earth: Angels. Throughout the 26 episodes and two movies, Shinji teams up with other 14-year-olds his age: Ayanami Rei, the quiet blue-haired girl who pilots Eva 01; Langly Asuka Shoryu, the fiery red-headed girl who pilots Eva 02; Nagisa Kowaru, the boy who loves Shinji, but turns evil and pilots Eva 03; Suzuhara Toji, the bully who hits Shinji, but in the end pilots Eva 04. These young boys and girls all fight to save the world day after day in an epic story with twists and turns throughout the series called: Neon Genesis Evangelion.

Story & Characters

In this game you play as Shinji-kun and take many choices of what to do and not to do...
The story picks up i think , in the middle of the Evangelion series because the world did not end yet but Shinji,Asuka and Rei were piloting Eva Units.
A new classmate comes to Shinji\'s class...Her name was Kirishima Mana and she seemed very interested in Shinji since thee first day she came there...
Near the end of the game,after Shinji dated Mana and many many other things happened we find out that Mana was from another organization that sent her to spy on Ikari Shinji and the Evangelion units,but throughout this mission she fell in love wih Shinji...
In the end there are three possible endings...I got the third:
1.Mana dies in a mech crash and Shinji never looks for her again
2.Shinji thinks about his relationship with Asuka and forgets Mana
3.Shinji and the others think Mana is dead in the mech crash but Shinji looks for her and finds her in a hospital...then Kaji changes her name and she leaves by train to another country...

This is my favourite click game that i have played so far...I loved it...this game was what bringed me into watching anime...I saw the anime AFTER playing the game...

All the Evangelion characters have a role in this game...Even Kensuke Aida.

New Characters:
Kirishima Mana,Keita and Musashi(Mana's teammatess at the organization that she was working for,unwillingly because the 14-year olds there unlike NERV were obliged to work).

So the presentation gets a 10.

Art

The art of the game is the same as the series's drawing...so for the time it was made the art is excellent , but for our days i think it's nothing that deserves to be praised but still, after i have played this game I absolutelly don't care about the art...(I really like the faces Asuka makes when she gets mad at something in his game ).What art could you ask for in a click game anyway...But at least it's nice that you can choose the background color of the game.There are almost no animations in this game just a few short ones like the attack of the Angel in the beggining of the game or Mana throwing her towel off in the end of the game but The game also has a CG Gallery in the options menu... I think the art her deserves an 8.

Sound

The voices rule.They are great...Also Mana's voice is very well interpreted...Too bad Ayanami rei doesn't speak too much here.This game does not have an Original Soundtrack or such but it has some well made sounds like the rain or the explosion of some Mechas.
All the voices cand be found in the Sound folder such of the game in .WMV format.
WARNING FOR EVERYONE THAT WANTS TO PLAY THIS GAME
Install the game in the folder that the computer selects for you otherwise you won't have any sounds in the game...
This is the only thing that seemed bad to me about the sound,that weird error with the no sound thingy.Besides that I think the sound is great!
10 for the sound then!

Presentation

This game has the best presentation it could get:The Evangelion Series and Movies.In fact without knowing the series(nor knowing of anime o.0) i played this game non-stop for a whole day,morning untill night and another few hours the other day in order to finish it...then i loaded the game and tried to find out the other possible endings...Too bad Eva Girlfriend of Steel 2 is in japanese only...anyway the presentation is great.In the beginig the game does not show us too much except for Shinji being kicked in the face by Asuka but the game gets pretty interesting once you play it more...So 10 for the presentation.
So with the Series and the Movies to promote it I think this game has a great presentation.Personally I enjoyed it a lot.
